1 head of pork (fresh)
Take a pot with thick walls or even better a pottery dish. Cut the head of pork into half and put into the dish with a little water. Add the marjoram, pepper and salt. Place the turnip slices and whole carrots on the pork. Stew under the lid in the oven at moderate temperature (160-170 C) until the meat and vegetables are soft. You may separately boil potatoes.
